In real estate law & construction projects — whether in the case of sale, lease, construction, we carry out due diligence for investors and landlords (legal burden, use, permits), we prepare sales and lease contracts (office, retail, industrial). In construction matters, we set up company and subcontracting contracts, technical annexes and change orders; in disputes, the focus is on managing deadlines, fines and quality objections. If necessary, we protect the client's position with a quick interim measure, while working with negotiation management to reach a reasonable settlement.
The first step is always an early case assessment: review of evidence, cost-benefit and business objectives. If appropriate, we initiate a quick interim measure; in parallel, we prepare the realities of the settlement and the counterstrategy (claim, counterclaim, set-off). In arbitration cases, we accompany the client from the interpretation of the clauses to the execution. In cross-border disputes, we coordinate foreign action and legal assistance — with a focus on rapid risk reduction.
Compliance is not paperwork with us: we map the data processing processes, prepare ROPA and DPIA, update the prospectus and DPAs (data processor contracts). With NIS2, we build supply chain expectations and an incident management regime, with controls that can be put into practice.
