Data protection and digital compliance
Complying with EU and national data protection regulations is becoming an increasingly complex task for businesses. The direct applicability of the GDPR, the national transposition of the NIS2 directive, and new EU regulations on digital services (DSA, Data Act, AI Act) require constant professional readiness – and failure to comply can lead to significant fines.
Our firm provides legal advice across the entire spectrum of the compliance process. As part of this process, we review our clients' data management and processing practices and then make recommendations for necessary measures based on the audit results. We prepare all data protection documentation required for lawful operation: privacy policies, internal regulations, data processing agreements, and impact assessments. We handle data breaches and prepare notifications to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), and we represent our clients in official proceedings when necessary. We also undertake external Data Protection Officer (DPO) duties on a contractual basis.
Our goal is to ensure that compliance is not an administrative burden, but a practical, personalized solution that interferes as little as possible with day-to-day business operations.
